Rapid AI Applications

Your idea, working, in six weeks.

Most software projects ask for six figures and a year before you see anything real. Takshak does the opposite: a fixed price, a working application your team can use, in four to six weeks.

The guarantee

Fixed price. No licence commitments. Keep everything if you stop. 20% credited if you continue.

01 How it works

Three steps. One number.

  • 01

    Discovery — free

Tell us the process that runs on spreadsheets, email and memory. We agree a fixed scope and a fixed price. One number covers everything: licences, database, hosting, build.

  • 02

Weeks 1–5 — build in the open

A live demo every week. Real screens, real data flows, your users trying it. Senior engineers design your solution first, then build it with advanced AI engineering tooling that powers our own production platforms.

  • 03

    Week 6 — you decide

Continue to full production (20% of your fee comes off the bill), ship it as Release 1 if it already does the job, or stop — you keep everything and owe nothing more.

02 Packages and pricing

Published prices. On purpose.

Regional editions. India edition INR 7–10 lakh (up to 5 screens, 2 workflows, 2–4 weeks), with an entry Discovery Sprint at INR 1.5–2 lakh credited into the build. Middle East and international editions are priced in USD at equivalent levels.

Scope, stated plainly

The prototype phase deliberately excludes — until production build — role-based access control, SSO and enterprise identity, a custom design system, performance hardening, and formal SLAs. Baseline security and GDPR compliance are always included.

03 Already on Oracle?

ERP and EPM bolt-ons.

Many mid-market firms adopt Oracle ERP but cannot justify every additional module. Takshak bolt-ons — built on Oracle APEX, following Oracle’s own published guidance for extending Fusion applications — deliver reporting, planning capture, approvals and portals that live naturally beside your ERP: same ecosystem, same data, a fraction of the licence cost.

A typical mid-market EPM module subscription costs more per year, every year, than one Takshak bolt-on costs once.

04 Candour

What about the USD 20 AI app builders?

They are excellent — for prototypes. We work differently: expertise first, then AI at full depth.

  • 01

Use them, then bring us the result

Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Replit: brilliant for validating an idea in a weekend. Use them — then bring us what you built.

  • 02

Design first, then AI at full depth

Those tools generate an app from a prompt. We design first — senior engineers shape your data model, workflows and integrations from experience — then plan, then develop using advanced, professional-grade AI engineering tools, not a consumer app-builder sandbox.

  • 03

    The record matters

An independent audit found roughly 1 in 10 apps from a leading AI builder left their entire database publicly readable; another platform’s agent deleted a customer’s live production database. The demo is 20% of the work — security, roles, integrations, GDPR, backups, and someone who answers when it breaks is the other 80%.

  • 04

The market has already priced this

“Rescue” agencies charge USD 25–50k to productionise a USD 20/month prototype. Takshak starts at GBP 10k — and skips the rescue.

Bring us your prototype

A vibe-coded app is the best requirements document you can give us. We keep what’s right, rebuild what’s fragile, and make it real.

08 Questions

Asked often, answered honestly.

Yes. Every build includes secure sign-in, an encrypted managed database, and GDPR-compliant data handling, hosted in-region. What the prototype phase excludes — until you commit to a production build — is enterprise extras like role-based access control and single sign-on.

By default, synthetic or anonymised data. Live personal data is opt-in and covered by a formal data-processing agreement.

You do. Intellectual property in your bespoke deliverables is assigned to you on payment. Takshak retains only its reusable frameworks and accelerators, which you are licensed to use inside your application forever.

You keep everything you have paid for — code, data, documentation — and owe nothing more.

Senior engineers design the solution first, then build it with advanced AI engineering tooling; there are no platform licence fees in our stack, and the fixed scope keeps the build focused. You get the speed benefit as a fixed price, not an hourly bill.

Care plans are quoted transparently alongside the build (industry-standard annual maintenance as a percentage of build cost, with monitoring included). Managed cloud is a fixed monthly fee.

Yes — the UK is our base, with delivery capability in India and service for Middle East clients invoiced in USD.
